Get Paid by Credit Card With Paydirt

Today we’re pleased to announce that Paydirt now supports invoice payments via Stripe.

Stripe is a new online payment processor, similar to PayPal, but they make getting paid even easier.

What does this mean for you? Well, your customers can now pay your invoices online by credit card, as soon as they receive them. Unlike PayPal, they don’t need an account – all they need is a credit card. They don’t have to go to PayPal’s website to pay, and their payments will be automatically settled into your bank account.

Stripe is an absolutely fantastic service, and we’re really excited to be integrating with them! What’s the catch? Stripe is currently only available in the US and Canada.

Accepting credit card payments for your invoices using Stripe is really easy:

Click the ‘Connect With Stripe’ button in your Invoicing Settings:

If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one. It’s pretty straight-forward, and creating an account is free. You’ll be up and running in about 10 minutes.

If you already have a Stripe account, just log in.

After you authorize access to your Stripe account, you’ll be sent back to your Invoicing Settings. You’re good to go!

Send your invoice through Paydirt as you usually would, and be sure to include a link to the online invoice, which is where your clients go to pay with their credit card.

When your client views the invoice online at their private address, they will now have the option to pay by credit card with Stripe.

When they click the ‘Pay with Stripe’ button, your customer can enter their payment details right away:

Paydirt will automatically log the payment for you as soon as it’s made.

We’ll send you an email to let you know that your invoice has been paid.
